Deployment Modes: Interaction Insights and Meeting Insights services can be deployed in the following modes:

Dedicated Mode: A separate Meeting Insights/Interaction Insights server is deployed per Service Provider.

●

Single Mode: A single Meeting Insights/Interaction Insights server is deployed for all Service Providers.

■

Interaction Insights and Meeting Insights services can be added and removed by Channel Administrators.
